VISUALISATIONS FOR POSSIBLE
INSTALLATION OF ARTWORKS
Zelga’s practice includes incorporating digital intervention with traditional media such as drawing in ink, pastel, charcoal, acrylic and conte in order to create a series of static and moving-images.
Digital technology has been harnessed to transcend conventional structures of curation, display and engagement and to reassess approaches to the digital (as an ‘add on’) making it a key constituent at the core of the Zelga’s practice.
Exploration and experimentation are core to Zelga’s practice and visualisations serve to illustrate a commitment to the digital shift within contemporary art and culture serving as a tool for interdisciplinary engagement and human-centred design.
Both the moving image works and works installed on vinyl can be reproduced to fit a multitude of environments, both internal and external at any scale.
